Arbutus Properties is seeking approval of a development Concept Plan for this property. When fully developed, the Solair neighbourhood will have approximately 1,663 units of housing of which 689 will be low density with garages and townhouses. Approximately 974 units will be comprised of multi-family and mixed use. We are anticipating a residential population of approximately 3,980 people. A diverse range of housing options will be provided in Solair to appeal to people of varying income levels and ages.
